为了研究侧向间隙对刨头动态特性的影响,依据刨头与滑架的几何构型,给出刨头与滑架之间的碰撞距离,构建刨头与滑架接触、分离判别条件。采用非线性弹簧阻尼接触力模型,建立了含间隙刨头碰撞振动动力学模型,并进行数值计算,研究结果表明:刨头与滑架之间产生了单点间断碰撞、两点交替碰撞及面碰撞;刨头与滑架的最大碰撞力随着侧向间隙的增大而逐渐增大。研究结果为提高刨头的运动稳定性提供了理论基础。
In order to study the influence of side clearance on the dynamic performance of plow head, according to the geometry of plow head and carriage, the collision distance between plow head and carriage is given, and the contact condition between plow head and carriage is established. The nonlinear spring damping contact force model was used to establish the dynamic model of collision with gap plow head, and the numerical calculation was carried out. The results show that there is a single point intermittent collision between the plow head and the carriage, Collision; plow head and the maximum collision force with the lateral gap increases with the gradual increase. The results provide a theoretical basis for improving the movement stability of plow head.
