This paper summarizes the basic conditions and main features of the funding for the rescue of the Wenchuan earthquake, analyzes the problems existing in the funding for emergency relief for the earthquake relief work and puts forward the countermeasures and proposals for improving the guarantee system for emergency rescue funds.
