目的:探索大蒜素与β防御素3(HBD3)的关系及其在人体抗感染的免疫机制。方法:采用含大蒜素培养液(5 mg/L)培养肺癌A549细胞,通过RT-PCR、Western blot及免疫荧光染色等方法检测HBD3在不同培养时间后表达量的差别。结果:大蒜素作用第4小时HBD3的mRNA表达量增加,第12小时HBD3的蛋白表达量增加。结论:通过本研究可以推断,大蒜素除本身的杀菌作用外,对人体自身主动免疫防御能力的影响调节也是其发挥抗菌作用的重要机制。
Objective: To explore the relationship between allicin and β-defensin 3 (HBD3) and its mechanism of anti-infection in human. Methods: Lung cancer A549 cells were cultured with allicin (5 mg / L). The expression of HBD3 in different culture time was detected by RT-PCR, Western blot and immunofluorescence staining. Results: The mRNA expression of HBD3 was increased in the 4th hour after allicin treatment, and the expression of HBD3 increased in the 12th hour. Conclusion: It can be deduced from this study that allicin, in addition to its own bactericidal effect, regulates the effect of the body’s own active immune defenses as an important mechanism for its antimicrobial activity.
