河南省焦作市铁棍山药是四大怀药之一,是药食同源的精品,是受国家保护的原产地产品,产品远销韩国、日本、新加坡、美国、德国等地,享誉海内外。铁棍山药的核心产区是临近沁河的粘土地带,是由土质决定的。种植基地主要分布在焦作市的武陟县、温县、沁阳市、博爱县,2012年种植总面积约63000多亩,产量约5670万公斤,较2011年种植面积有所下降,目前已经进入收获期,部分山药已经开始上市销售。产地价格在4—5元/斤,市场价格在6—7元/斤,市场价格与去年同期相比降1元左右,与2010年产地价格为
