一、概况粉末涂料是六十年代发展起来的。它具有优良的防腐和装饰性能,材料利用率高,能量消耗低,少环境污染,又可简化工序,缩短生产周期等优点,因此发展较快。特别是1960年开始生产环氧粉末和1964年开始采用静电喷涂工艺以来,各国对粉末材料品种和涂敷装备等开展了大量的试验研究工作,应用范围不断扩大,从管道防腐至汽车表面装饰性涂层,从小的钢管接头到大的变压器,都获得良好的效果。我国从六十年代中期开始了对粉末涂料的试制和研究,但仅限于电机绝缘中采用。七十年代初期才转入表面涂覆用的环氧粉末涂料的试制和静电喷涂粉末工艺的研究。近几年来,装饰性环氧粉末的试制成功和静电粉末喷涂设备的正式投产,为粉末涂料的应用创造了良好的条件。
