目的观察健康教育实施在糖尿病足护理中的效果。方法抽取该院收治的77例糖尿病患者进行回顾性分析,抽取时间为2015年5月—2017年3月期间,将其分析38例参照组与39例实验组,给予参照组患者常规护理方法,并在参照组的基础上针对实验组患者进行健康教育,分析与比较两组护理的临床效果。结果护理后,实验组患者对于糖尿病足健康知识的知晓情况明显优于参照组,组间数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时,实验组患者的护理满意度高达94.87%,与参照组86.84%比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康教育实施在糖尿病足护理中的效果确切,不仅有助于提升患者对于糖尿病足相关疾病的认知水平,也可提升患者护理满意度,改善患者于护理人员之间的关系,促进患者病情康复,在临床中具备一定的推广价值。
Objective To observe the effect of health education in diabetic foot care. Methods A total of 77 patients with diabetes admitted to our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.
