目的观察心肌缺血前后R波振幅及ST段的动态变化。方法结扎大鼠冠状动脉前降支,制备大鼠心肌缺血模型,使用多导生理仪描记缺血前后II导联心电图,比较缺血前后R波振幅变化,并使用导丝验证前降支结扎是否成功。结果前降支结扎正确者均出现R波振幅增高及ST段逐渐抬高。结论巨大R波是心肌缺血最早期标志之一。
Objective To observe the changes of R wave amplitude and ST segment before and after myocardial ischemia. Methods The anterior descending coronary artery was ligated to prepare myocardial ischemia model in rats. The electrocardiogram of II lead before and after ischemia was recorded by multi-guide physiology. The changes of R wave amplitude before and after ischemia were compared. whether succeed. Results R-wave amplitude increased and ST-segment increased gradually in the anterior descending branch ligation. Conclusion The huge R wave is one of the earliest signs of myocardial ischemia.
