高职高专艺术类毕业生就业问题日趋严峻,初次就业率和供需比日趋下降。毕业生就业难的原因主要是认识有误区,社会就业现状差强人意,高职高专艺术教育本身存在问题,还有就是高职高专艺术类毕业生就业心理准备不足。高职高专艺术类毕业生职业选择的影响因素分为主体因素和客体因素。解决高职高专艺术类毕业生就业问题的的对策是齐抓共管,形成合力。政府要创造良好的就业创业环境,社会要提供实在周到的服务,高职高专艺术院校应进一步积极探索对毕业生进行培养和职业生涯规划教育的方式和途径。
The employment of art graduates in higher vocational colleges is more and more serious. The initial employment rate and the ratio of supply and demand are declining. Difficulties in employment of graduates is mainly due to misunderstandings, unsatisfactory social employment status quo, art education in higher vocational colleges there is a problem, there is a lack of career psychology preparation for graduates of art graduates. The influencing factors of occupational choice of art graduates in higher vocational colleges are divided into the main factor and the object factor. The solution to the employment problem of art graduates in higher vocational colleges and universities is to make concerted efforts to form a concerted effort. The government should create a good environment for employment and entrepreneurship, and the society should provide really good service. Art colleges and universities in higher vocational colleges should further explore the ways and means of training graduates and career planning education.
