新医改实施以来,国家尤其重视医疗卫生信息化的改革,2013年国务院办公厅《关于深化医药卫生体制改革主要工作安排》中强调,要积极推进医疗卫生信息化的配套改革。电子病案是医疗卫生信息化管理的必然趋势,也是医院信息系统建设的基础工程。因此,加强电子病案的管理,发现电子病案管理中存在的问题,并提出相应的解决对策,推动电子病案加速发展,有利于医疗体系的完善。
Since the implementation of the new medical reform, the state has attached great importance to the reform of medical and health informatization. In 2013, the General Office of the State Council on “Deepening the Major Work Arrangements for the Reform of the Medical and Health System” stressed that it is necessary to actively promote complementary reforms in the informatization of medical and health services. Electronic medical record is the inevitable trend of medical information management, but also the basic project of hospital information system construction. Therefore, to strengthen the management of electronic medical records, to find out the problems existing in the electronic medical record management, and to put forward corresponding solutions to promote the accelerated development of electronic medical records is conducive to the improvement of the medical system.
