本文所叙述的研究工作,其目标是建立一种预测方法,来预测由热疲劳引起的柴油机缸盖开始产生裂纹的时间。进行了实验研究和分析研究。实验采用箔式热电偶和高温应变计,确定了热力和机械边界条件。制定了传热和热应力分析用的有限元模型,并根据实验结果进行了改进。 最后作者们推荐了一种预测方法,包括一种简化的有限元分析和热疲劳强度的估算。
The objective of the research described in this paper is to establish a predictive method to predict the time at which a diesel cylinder head starts to crack due to thermal fatigue. Carried out experimental research and analysis. Experiments using foil-type thermocouples and high-temperature strain gauges, to determine the thermal and mechanical boundary conditions. A finite element model for heat transfer and thermal stress analysis was developed and improved based on the experimental results. Finally, the authors recommend a prediction method that includes a simplified finite element analysis and thermal fatigue strength estimation.
