Malignant tumor is a serious disease that endangers human health. Many natural medicines have been found to have anti-tumor effects. With the development of cell biology, molecular pharmacology and oncology pharmacology, natural drugs targeting cellular and molecular targets have become an important direction in the research of antitumor drugs. In the process of research, it is very important to establish a reasonable screening method of antitumor drugs.
