为了提高南芬露天铁矿2号排土场安全管理水平,在此提出了一种应用“恒阻大变形缆索滑动力监测预警系统”来监测露天矿山排土场潜在滑坡灾害的思路。这种思路的核心思想在于当排土场长期自然沉降而发生位移、裂缝时,该系统能够适应松散岩体的大变形特点而不被拉断破坏,从而可以对排土场边坡失稳全过程进行加固、监测和预警;在边坡滑坡发生前和蠕动形成滑坡的过程中,该系统自动计算并绘制下滑力动态监测曲线,映射边坡稳定特征,指导生产决策部门制定防治措施。该系统在露天矿山排土场稳定性监测领域的应用,是露天矿山排土场监测历史上的一次新突破。
In order to improve safety management level of No. 2 dump site of Nanfen Open-pit Iron Mine, a new idea of “potential monitoring and early-warning system of cable sliding force with constant resistance and large deformation” is proposed here to monitor potential landslide disasters in opencast mine dump. The core idea of this idea is that the system can adapt to the large deformation characteristics of loose rock mass without being pulled off and broken when the dumping site is naturally subsided for a long time due to displacement and fracture, The system automatically calculates and draws the dynamic monitoring curve of the sliding force, maps the stability characteristics of the slope and directs the production decision-making department to formulate the prevention and control measures. The application of the system in the field of the stability monitoring of the opencast mine dump is a new breakthrough in the monitoring of the opencast mine dump.
