就业问题长期困扰着我国,就业与每个人的生活息息相关,解决就业问题是政府面临的艰巨而紧迫的任务。税收政策是国家宏观调控的重要工具,在拓宽就业渠道、改善就业困境、促进重点群体就业等方面取得了一定成效。然而,通过问卷调查、企业访谈并结合实际分析得出,我国目前的就业税收政策仍存在诸多亟待解决的问题。因此,我国应积极采取措施完善促进就业税收政策 Employment has plagued our country for a long time. Tax policy is an important tool for the state’s macroeconomic regulation and control and has yielded some success in broadening employment channels, improving employment difficulties and promoting employment of key groups.
