高层建筑层数多,总高度大,其各层因消防要求均设有消火栓,但顶层与底层的消火栓处所受的压力,因位置不一,显然相差很大。建筑设计防火规范第8.6.2条规定“……消火栓栓口处的出水压力超过50m水柱时,应有减压设施”,一般讲高层建筑底部多层消火栓栓口处的出水压力超过50m水柱,需有减压设施,否则由於栓口处压力太大,反作用力使得消防队员无法正常工作。
