我院是一所国家级三级甲等综合医院,始终将提高患者满意度放在首位。而院门诊是医院医疗活动的第1个环节,一般医疗工作和急诊处理都在这里完成,它是医院服务的窗口,直接关系到医院的形象与声誉~([1])。因此需提高门诊服务管理水平,尽可能满足各种病患的不同需求。为了更准确地了解我院门诊人次随季节变化的规律,为医院门诊管理提供科学的参考依据,本文对我院2008-2015年普通门诊人次的季节变化进行分析,现报告如下。1资料与方法1.1资料来源我院2008-2015年医院工作量统计月报表,数据真实可信。
Our hospital is a state-level three level general hospital, will always improve patient satisfaction in the first place. The outpatient clinic is the first part of the hospital medical activities, general medical work and emergency treatment are completed here, it is the window of hospital services, directly related to the hospital’s image and reputation ~ ([1]). Therefore, it is necessary to improve the management level of outpatient service to meet the different needs of various patients as much as possible. In order to get a more accurate understanding of the regularity of outpatient visits with the seasons in our hospital and provide a scientific reference for the outpatient management of the hospital, this paper analyzes the seasonal changes of general outpatients from 2008 to 2015 in our hospital and reports as follows. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 Source of information Hospital in 2008-2015 monthly workload statistics report, the data is credible.
