为了寻求引起不安全行为个体因素之间的关系,采用《行为安全性测评量表》对某矿业公司员工进行测试,构建了不安全行为预控模型,并通过多种拟合指标的测试证实具有良好的拟合度。结果表明,技术水平、管理方式、隐患识别、隐患容忍等均直接作用于矿工行为;安全理念和管理方式还可通过改善矿工的隐患识别、隐患容忍,间接作用于矿工行为。管理方式对行为作用比较复杂,对行为直接显现为负作用,但对提升隐患识别和隐患容忍为正作用,所以进行不安全行为改善方案设计时,管理方式的选择需结合企业实际具体分析。
In order to find out the relationship between the individual factors causing unsafe behavior, we tested the employees of a mining company by using “behavioral safety assessment scale” to construct the model of unsafe behavior pre-control and confirmed by the test of multiple fit indicators Good fit. The results show that the technical level, management methods, identification of hidden dangers and tolerance of hidden dangers all play a direct role in the behavior of miners. The safety concepts and management methods can also act indirectly to the miners through improving miners’ identification of hidden dangers and their tolerance. Management is more complex and has a negative effect on behavior, but it plays a positive role in improving hazard identification and risk tolerance. Therefore, in the design of unsafe behavior improvement plan, the choice of management mode should be based on the actual analysis of the enterprise.
