为了确定预处理对小鼠 O3致衰老模型是否具有保护作用 ,本研究利用 SOD微量快速测定法 ,检测和分析了经云南花粉田七口服液 (Yun Nan Pollen Tienchi Oral L iquid,简称 YN- PTOL )预处理后小鼠全血和心肌中超氧化物歧化酶 (superoxide dismutase,SOD)的活性 ,结果显示 :预处理实验组 SOD活性明显高于空白对照组和阳性对照组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,同时 ,空白对照组与阳性对照组之间无显著性差异。这表明 :YN- PTOL预处理能改善或提高 O3致老小鼠模型机体内 SOD活性 ,是一种有应用前景的延缓衰老的保健药物。
In order to determine whether pretreatment has a protective effect on mouse model of O3-induced senescence, this study detected and analyzed Yun Nan Pollen Tienchi Oral Liquid (YN-PTOL) Pretreatment of mouse whole blood and myocardial superoxide dismutase (superoxide dismutase, SOD activity results show: pretreatment SOD activity was significantly higher than the blank control group and the positive control group (P <0.05) At the same time, there was no significant difference between the blank control group and the positive control group. This shows that: YN-PTOL pretreatment can improve or enhance SOD activity in O3-induced mouse model, which is a promising anti-aging health care medicine.
