根据加性-显性遗传模型,采用 MINQUE(1)分析了10个陆地棉亲本、20个组合的F_1和 F_2的产量性状的资料。结果表明,F_2皮棉产量、前期收花率、单铃重和衣分的群体超亲优势的平均值分别为:19%、13%、3%和—6%;单株铃数不显著。加性效应和显性效应对产量性状的遗传都有极显著的作用,其中皮棉产量有较强的显性效应,衣分有较强的加性效应。性状的显性方差同加性方差的比值越大,F_2的优势也越大;此外,还分析了 F_2部分高产组合的遗传表现。用两种方法预测 F_2杂种优势的相关分析表明,用 F_1和亲本预测 F_2的遗传表现的结果可信。
According to the additive-dominance genetic model, MINQUE (1) was used to analyze the data of F_1 and F_2 yield traits in 10 upland cotton parents and 20 combinations. The results showed that the average values of transfrontal heterosis of F 2 lint yield, early harvest rate, boll weight and lint percentage were 19%, 13%, 3% and -6%, respectively. The number of bolls per plant was not significant. The additive effect and the dominant effect have a very significant effect on the inheritance of yield traits. Among them, the lint yield has a strong dominant effect, and the lint percentage has a stronger additive effect. The greater the ratio of dominant variance to additive variance, the greater the advantage of F_2. In addition, the genetic performance of some F_2 high yield combinations was also analyzed. Correlation analysis using two methods to predict the F_2 heterosis indicated that the results of predicting the genetic performance of F_2 with F_1 and its parents were credible.
