马德军国际电工委员会IEC/TC59/TC61及其SC中国首席代表,国际标准化组织ISO/TC86/SC3/SC5中国首席代表,国际电工委员会ACEA成员,IEC/TC61/WG29吊扇悬挂系统工作组的召集人,国际著名的家电标准化专家,从上世纪90年代开始就代表中国积极参加国际标准化活动,出席了50多次国际标准化会议和国际技术交流活动,主持制定了《家用和类似用途电器的安全储水式热水器的特殊要求》等5项IEC国际标准,参与了约150项国际标准的制定工作。在家电国际标准化领域做出了突出贡献,在2011年中国标准化协会和中国标准化杂志社联合组织的“首届中国标准化杰出人物征集活动”中获评为“中国标准化创新人物”。
