[目的]调查某企业贮氢合金粉生产线工作场所职业病危害因素种类、分布、危害程度、防护措施及防护效果。[方法]对生产工艺、职业卫生防护措施等进行职业病卫生学现场调查,对危害因素进行采样检测和分析。[结果]该生产线的生产工艺和设备布局合理,但卫生防护措施尚未完全到位,作业点生产性毒物钴(Co)、镍(Ni)、锰(Mn)均有不同程度超标,噪声有5个点不合格,而粉尘浓度、高温均合格。[结论]该生产线职业病危害因素较严重,尤其是生产性毒物,应采取合理可行的防护措施。
[Objective] To investigate the types, distribution, degree of harm, protective measures and protective effects of occupational hazards in the workplace of hydrogen storage alloy powder production line of an enterprise. [Method] On-site investigation of occupational disease hygiene was conducted on the production technology, occupational health protection measures and so on. The hazardous factors were sampled and tested and analyzed. [Result] The production technology and equipment layout of the production line were reasonable, but the sanitary protective measures were not yet fully put in place. The production toxicants Cobalt (Co), Nickel (Ni) and Manganese (Mn) Point unqualified, while the dust concentration, high temperature are qualified. [Conclusion] The occupational hazards of the production line were more serious, especially for producing toxicants. Reasonable and feasible protective measures should be taken.
