1990年12月6日DIALOG公司综合情报部副经理BOURNE先生向CUJA中心发来传真函件,告知“CUJA最新磁带已完整收到,并将装入新的CUJA试验文档”.从而恢复了在DIALOG—CUJA之间由于国内外大气候影响中断了长达一年零四个月之久的业务联系.CUJA中心已及时回电表示欢迎,并就新文档联机质量检查及正常执行合同等问题提出了建议.这一动向,从一个侧面反映了中美在文化交流方面出现的解冻.并为1991年CUJA在世界范围内实现应用服务的目标创造了良好的环境.
December 6, 1990 Mr. BOURNE, Deputy General Manager of DIALOG’s Integrated Intelligence Department, sent a telefax letter to CUJA Center telling “CUJA latest tapes have been completely received and a new CUJA test document will be loaded.” Resuming the DIALOG- CUJA has interrupted its year-long and four-month business contacts due to the influence of the global climate at home and abroad. CUJA Center welcomed the call-back in time and made recommendations on online quality inspection of new documents and normal execution of contracts. This trend reflects the thawing of cultural exchanges between China and the United States from one side and creates a favorable environment for the realization of CUJA’s application of services in 1991 in the world.
