密苏里州Pacific机务段是一个现代化的大型机务段,占地面积21210m~2,从1984年起从事GM公司内燃机车的检修和改造工作。实际上,它相当于一个修理厂。该机务段有三条流水线:一条是机车解体及其底架修理流水线,共有5个台位;另两条是平行的流水线,其中一条为大修流水线,另一条为改造流水线。后两条流水线各有6个台位。还设有修理牵引发电机和牵引电动机的工段、修理电子设备的工段。还考虑了进行小临修和大临修所需的场地。柴油机修理流程见下图。
The Pacific Mississippi Pacific Depot is a modern large-scale depot that covers an area of 21,210m2. Since 1984, it has been engaged in the overhaul and renovation of GM’s diesel locomotives. In fact, it is equivalent to a repair shop. The locomotive depot has three lines: one is the locomotive disintegration and chassis repair line, a total of five stations; the other two are parallel lines, one for the overhaul line, the other for the transformation of the assembly line. The latter two lines each have 6 units. There is also a section for repairing traction generators and traction motors and a section for repairing electronic equipment. Also considered the venue for minor and major clinical training. Diesel engine repair process shown below.
