目的考察白芍、桂枝及其不同配伍比例水煎液中的成分在大鼠体外的肠吸收特性及其可能存在的相互作用。方法采用大鼠外翻肠囊法结合HPLC指纹图谱定性、定量考察肠渗透前后各化学成分的变化以及白芍桂枝不同配比的相互影响。结果桂枝各成分大多吸收良好(Papp>1×10-5 cm·s-1),组分间渗透前后的相对比例基本未变;白芍中以芍药苷为代表的亲水性成分吸收较好(Papp>1×10-6 cm·s-1),但成分随保留时间延长渗透变差;配伍前后二者各成分的渗透未发生明显的变化。结论除白芍部分亲脂性成分外,桂枝与白芍中大多成分肠道吸收较好,二者配伍对各成分的吸收影响不大。
Objective To investigate the intestinal absorption characteristics and the possible interactions between the components of Radix Paeoniae Alba, Radix et Rhizoma Guizhi and their decoctions with different ratios. Methods The everted gut method and HPLC fingerprinting were used to qualitatively and quantitatively study the changes of chemical composition before and after intestinal permeability and the interaction between the different ratios of Radix Paeoniae Alba and Guizhi. Results Most of the components of Guizhi absorbed well (Papp> 1 × 10-5 cm · s-1), and the relative proportions of components before and after infiltration were almost unchanged. The absorption of paeoniflorin in Paeonia lactiflora (Papp> 1 × 10-6 cm · s-1), but the components became weaker with the retention time. The permeation of each component did not change obviously before and after compatibility. Conclusion In addition to some lipophilic components of Radix Paeoniae Alba, most of the components of Cassia twig and Radix Paeoniae Alba are absorbed well, and the combination of the two has little effect on the absorption of each component.
