3.迅速建立市场规模 第三种关键成功因素是加大产量和地域扩张的广度和速度。通过调查研究,我们发现大公司在这一方面做得更出色。我们对五类产品进行分析研究后发现:其中的两类产品中,仅有10%业绩最好的公司回报率为正;另外三类产品中,也只有25%的最好公司盈利(见图示5)。经营4年以后仍能维持高利润的公司,其规模要比已经彻底倒闭的公司大出5倍以上。
3. Rapid establishment of market size The third key success factor is to increase the breadth and speed of production and geographical expansion. Through investigation and research, we have found that large companies do a better job in this area. After analyzing the five types of products, we found that: Of these two types of products, only 10% of the best-performing companies have a positive rate of return; among the other three types of products, only 25% of the best companies have profited (see Figure Show 5). Companies that can still maintain high profits after four years of operation are five times larger than companies that have been completely closed down.
