随着我国房地产开发与营销的迅速发展,房地产市场营销也成为营销行业中重要的一部分。针对房地产市场的营销人才的需求量不断的增大,使高校在《房地产市场营销》这一科目教学中的弊病不断的呈现出来,《房地产市场营销》所培养的人才,是能够综合理论知识与实践的综合应用技术型人才,在理论扎实的基础上,能够具有高技术应用能力的人才。可见,对《房地产市场营销》课程的教学,不单单要保证学生能够正确的掌握知识,还要培养学生的实践能力,使学生能够获得更多的实践技巧和能力。行动导向教学法是由德国的职高教育课堂普遍采用的一种教学方法,该方法能够在课堂教学中提升学生的实践能力。本文通过对行动导向教学法进行分析,并将房地产市场营销教学中的不足进行分析,从行动导向教学法在房地产市场营销教学中的优势进行分析,从而对行动导向教学法的教学优势进行阐述。
