目的 :为了解新兵心理健康状况 ,进一步做好新兵心理卫生保障工作。方法 :对某部 10 4 8名参训 2个月的新兵做心情问卷调查。结果 :新兵集训期间 ,出现一些不良心理反应。引发新兵不良心态变化的诱因依其高低排序是 :身体健康原因、受到批评、期望值未实现和人际关系等 4种因素 ,其发生率分别为 19.3%、16 .2 %、12 .9%和 10 .6 %。结论 :建议部队各级领导与医疗机构要重视新兵存在的心理不良反应 ,新兵训练期应加强心理健康教育 ,积极开展心理咨询 ,增强新兵的身心健康。
Objective: To understand the mental health status of recruits and to further improve mental health care of recruits. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted on recruits recruited by a certain group of 1048 participants for 2 months. Results: Recruits training during the emergence of some adverse psychological reactions. Incentives that triggered the change of bad mentality of recruits were ranked according to their level: 19.3%, 16.2%, 12.9% and 10%, respectively, due to the four factors of health reasons, criticism, unrealized expectation and interpersonal relationship .6%. Conclusion: It is suggested that the leaders and medical institutions at all levels of the military should pay attention to the psychological adverse reactions of recruits. The training of recruits should strengthen mental health education and actively carry out psychological counseling to enhance the physical and mental health of recruits.
