《中华人民共和国种子法》(以下简称《种子法》)的实施和我国即将加入WTO,种子系统面临着历史性的机遇和挑战,种子档案管理的好与坏,直接关系到《种子法》的实施与执行,关系到种子依法生产、经营和管理的秩序,关系到种子企业的经济效益。因此,建立和完善种子行业档案资料,具有十分重要的意义。 1 种子档案管理的特点 1.1 专业性强种子档案是种子工作的产物,是一项专业活动的真实记录,不同的项目和不同的品种推广过程都有不同的活动范围、对象和方法,明显反映出本身的专业特点,特别是品种引进推广内容多,包括各种试验示范、种子繁制、纯度鉴定、种子收购、贮藏加工、质量检测等,无不体现出种子工作中特有的技术语言和本身规律,表现出极强的专业性。
