Atomic absorption spectroscopy (AAS) is one of the most promising methods in modern analytical chemistry and has been used in the analysis of various materials. The low detection limit and sufficiently high accuracy provided by electrothermally atomized AAS are the basis for the method’s application to high purity analysis. For this purpose, AAS outperformed both emission spectroscopy (ES) and sparks mass spectrometry (SSMS), as shown in Table 1, which showed the range of elemental detection limits for the three methods compared. among all the
