利用投入产出模型和复杂网络分析法,对区域能耗的产业结构特征、区域间能量流动关联关系进行分析。结果表明:整个能源流动过程中,8个区域被归为净能源流入区域和净能源流出区域2种类型;各区域产业能耗结构存在明显差异,且时序上“投入品”能耗结构变动更明显;区域间能量流动关联也存在明显差异。研究结果具有重要的政策含义:在碳排放配额安排上,国家应区别对待净能源流出区域和净能源流入区域;产业层面,碳排放配额应向各区域主要能耗产业倾斜,且考虑区域间能量流动关联;节能减排区域和产业的切入点应着力于区域的主要能耗产业。
Using the input-output model and complex network analysis method, the paper analyzes the industrial structure characteristics of regional energy consumption and the correlation of energy flow among regions. The results show that in the whole process of energy flow, 8 regions are classified as two types of net energy inflow area and net energy outflow area. There is a significant difference in industrial energy consumption structure in each area, and the energy consumption structure of “input” The change is more obvious; there is also a significant difference in the correlation of energy flow between regions. The results of the study have important policy implications: In the arrangement of carbon emission allowances, the state should distinguish between net energy outflow areas and net energy inflow areas; at the industrial level, carbon allowances should be leaned to the major energy consuming industries in all regions, and the inter-regional energy Flow related; energy-saving emission reduction areas and industry entry point should focus on the region’s major energy-consuming industries.
