在篮球队伍的建设中,应把队员的体能培养放在一个重要的位置。并紧密结合训练实践与队员的能力要求和能力培养问题进行了阐述。在阐述体能训练与身体训练的区别的基础上,提出篮球运动员体能训练的基本要求和基本内容。我校篮球队员部分体能标准相比,还有很大差距,绝对速度慢,最大力量不足,高度明显处于劣势,这就容易造成比赛场上攻防节奏缓慢,不适应身体对抗,失去制空权,很难在对抗激烈的比赛中获得好成绩。本文主要对我校篮球运动员体能训练进行研究主要有力量素质训练,速度素质训练,运动耐力训练,弹跳素质的训练及心理素质的训练。
In the construction of the basketball team, players should be placed on an important position in physical training. It also elaborates closely with the training practice and the ability requirements and ability training of team members. There is still a long way to go when compared with some physical standards of basketball players in our school. The speed is absolutely slow, the maximum strength is insufficient, and the height is clearly at a disadvantage. In this paper, we mainly study the physical training of basketball players in our school mainly including strength training, speed quality training, sports endurance training, bounce quality training and psychological quality training.
