哈特曼-夏克(Hartmann-Shack)波前传感器由于其光能利用率高、结构简单、通道容量大等突出优点,是目前自适应光学系统波前传感器的主流形式。本文深入分析和比较了目前普遍采用的ICCD型和CCD型这两种主要类型的弱光哈特曼-夏克波前传感器的特点和波前相位探测精度,导出了定量分析数学模型,给出了实验结果。此研究结果对弱光哈特曼-夏克波前传感器的技术方案选定和工程设计有指导意义。
The Hartmann-Shack wavefront sensor is currently the mainstream form of the adaptive optical system wavefront sensor due to its outstanding advantages such as high utilization of light energy, simple structure and large channel capacity. This paper analyzes and compares the characteristics of the two main types of ICCD and CCD which are commonly used today, such as the weak light Hartmann-Shack wavefront sensor and the wavefront phase detection accuracy. The quantitative mathematical model is derived and the experiment result. The results of this study are instructive for the selection of technical solutions and engineering design of low-light Hartmann-Shack wavefront sensors.
