(接上期P28)1前言20年前当一个老板模样的人拿着大哥大,显派地、旁若无人地打电话时,从国外回来的人会说“在国外只要交话费,就可免费得手机”。这不可能,绝对不可能!当年一个新毕业的本科生月薪才92元,而一部摩托罗拉大哥大需17000元。天方夜谭吧!但在今天,已是国内的真实情况了。由此看,信息不对称可能使人产生思想上、行动上的差异。但是,如果说所有接受过国外新鲜事物的人不经国内市场的洗礼就能做好外商独资企业的管理,则有待商榷了。我相信,从国外回来的人不乏优秀的企业
