人类runt相关转录因子3(RUNX3)基因属RUNT家族成员,在细胞生长发育过程中起着重要作用。RUNX3基因位于染色体1p36.1,是一种肿瘤抑制基因,其抑癌机制尚不完全清楚。近年来的研究表明,RUNX3基因的表达异常在多种肿瘤的发生和发展中起到重要作用。研究RUNX3在肿瘤中的表达与意义对于肿瘤诊断和预后有重要价值,也为新的表观遗传学治疗恶性肿瘤治疗提供新的依据。
Human runt-related transcription factor 3 (RUNX3) gene is a member of the RUNT family and plays an important role in cell growth and development. RUNX3 gene is located on chromosome 1p36.1, is a tumor suppressor gene, and its tumor suppressor mechanism is not fully understood. In recent years, studies have shown that abnormal expression of RUNX3 gene plays an important role in the occurrence and development of a variety of tumors. Studying the expression and significance of RUNX3 in the tumor has important value for the diagnosis and prognosis of the tumor, and also provides a new basis for the new epigenetic therapy for the treatment of malignant tumors.
