目的:通过对粘结桥的粘结面不同处理的粘结强度测试,为临床应用提供理论依据。方法:选用钴铬合金,铸造成一定规格的(10mm×10mm×1mm)板,随机分成5组,以电蚀、喷砂方法处理,用高真空喷镀仪及万能金相显微镜观察,抗剪粘结强度测试,并作统计分析。结果:抗剪粘结强度由强到弱依次为:单纯电蚀;喷砂后电蚀;单纯喷砂;电蚀后喷砂;磨光。结论:对制作钴铬合金舌侧翼板粘结桥的粘结面以电蚀处理为首选;而单纯喷砂处理亦可提高粘结强度,为临床应用提供了方便、易操作的方法。
OBJECTIVE: To provide a theoretical basis for clinical application by testing the bond strength of different bond surfaces of bonded bridges. Methods: Cobalt-chromium alloy was selected and cast to a certain size (10mm × 10mm × 1mm). The plates were randomly divided into 5 groups and treated by electric erosion and sand blasting. The specimens were observed with a high vacuum sputtering apparatus and a universal microscope. Bond strength test, and for statistical analysis. Results: The shear bond strength from strong to weak were as follows: simple electric erosion; sandblasting after electric erosion; sandblasting alone; sandblasting after electric erosion; polishing. Conclusion: The bonding surface of the bridge made of cobalt-chromium alloy lingual flaps is electrosurgical treatment. The simple sand blasting can also improve the bond strength and provide a convenient and easy-to-use method for clinical applications.
