本文研究了微波辐射作用下硫化铜精矿三氯化铁浸出反应过程,并分析其过程机理。考查了微波辐射下温度、时间和FeCl3浓度等对铜浸出的影响。结果表明,微波辐射加热下铜浸出速率比传统加热方式铜浸出速率快得多,反应时间大为缩短。微波辐射加热为硫化铜精矿三氯化铁浸出开辟了一条新途径,在湿法冶金领域颇具应用前景。
In this paper, the leaching reaction of copper (III) sulfide in copper sulfide concentrate under microwave irradiation was studied and its process mechanism was analyzed. The effects of temperature, time and FeCl3 concentration on the leaching of copper under microwave irradiation were investigated. The results show that the copper leaching rate is much faster than that of the traditional heating method under microwave irradiation and the reaction time is greatly shortened. Microwave radiation heating for the copper sulfide concentrate leaching of ferric chloride has opened up a new way, considerable application in the field of hydrometallurgy.
