蘑菇培养料内微生物繁殖的能量,主要来源由堆肥材料中氮素和碳素。培养料的碳、氮有一定比例,相应的就需要粪、草有一定比例。为夺取蘑菇高产,首先要把培养料配好、堆好。根据目前农村的现状,部分社队粪草储备不足,其解决的办法是:如果牛粪不足,可补用猪杂粪;麦草不够,可用早稻草代。现介绍三组优选配比供参考。为了便于计算,首先列表说明各种粪草和化肥的碳氮成分(表1)。
