陶行知先生作过这样一首诗:人人都说小孩小,小孩人小心不小,倘若小看小孩子,便比小孩还要小。不要以为幼儿园的孩子什么都不懂,其实他们的心灵是最敏感的。幼儿音乐活动中,只有尊重和关注幼儿内心的发展性需要,走进幼儿的内心情感世界,才能获得高效的教学效益。均等化教学行为是符合时代发展潮流,顺应教育改革方向,满足幼儿内心需要,促进幼儿适宜发展的一种角色行为,能为幼儿主动学习音乐插上腾飞的翅膀。
