本文介绍了以触点继电系统和国产 DDZ-Ⅱ型单元组合仪表组成的成熟锅自动升温恒温控制系统,十分适用于操作周期短,而升温过程较长的间断生产过程。实现这种控制的关键是在于摸清工艺的操作程序及实现 PD—PID 自动切换。乳剂生产的第二成熟锅,工艺要求升温曲线形状基本一致;升温时间在40～60分钟之间;升温到恒温的最大超调量不超过0.5℃。成熟锅温度自动升温恒温控制系统乳剂制备成熟锅温度操作分为升温及恒温两个阶段。工艺流程如图1所示。升温前先开水阀灌水、开泵、关水阀停灌水,再开蒸汽阀对循环水直接加热,热的循环水通过间
This paper introduces the automatic temperature rising and temperature control system of the mature pot composed of contact relay system and domestic DDZ-Ⅱ unit combination meter, which is very suitable for the intermittent production process with short operation cycle and longer heating process. The key to achieve this control is to find out the process of operating procedures and to achieve PD-PID automatic switching.
