本文报道了环境水中亚硝酸与硝酸根离子迅速、简便的高速液相色谱测定方法。高速液相色谱仪是日本分光制型,带UVIDEC 100Ⅱ型紫外分光检测器,不锈钢分离柱25 cm×4.6 mm。定量方法:水样经孔径0.45μm的薄膜过滤器过滤,用微量注射器取其5~20μl注入色谱仪。按附表所示操作条件进行测定,以亚硝酸与硝酸根离子在不同浓度时峰高制备标准曲线,求得样品含量。在0~50 ng范围内亚硝酸与硝酸根离子
This paper reports the rapid and simple method for the determination of nitrite and nitrate in ambient water by high performance liquid chromatography. High-speed liquid chromatography is Japan’s spectrophotometry, with UVIDEC 100 Ⅱ UV spectrophotometer, stainless steel separation column 25 cm × 4.6 mm.
