对GH159合金经 48± 1%冷变形量下的组织及经不同固溶温度、不同固溶时间处理后的透射电子显微组织 ,以及时效后的性能进行了较为深入的研究。结果表明 ,G159合金经 48± 1%冷拔变形后形成了大量密排六方的网状ε 相。这些ε 相经过 10 3 0~ 10 90℃× 4~ 8小时空冷固溶处理后 ,部分ε 相转化为弥散球形γ′ 相。GH159合金冷拔态 (48± 1% ) + 665℃× 4小时空冷时效后 ,70 0℃下具有高的强度、好的韧性等综合力学性能
The microstructure of GH159 alloy under 48 ± 1% cold deformation and transmission electron microscopy with different solid solution temperature and different solid solution time were studied in detail. The results show that a large number of close-packed hexagonal reticulate ε phases are formed on the G159 alloy by 48 ± 1% cold drawing. After these ε phases are subjected to air-cooling solution treatment at 10 3 0 ~ 10 90 ℃ × 4 ~ 8 hours, some ε phases are transformed into the dispersed spherical γ ’phase. GH159 alloy cold drawn state (48 ± 1%) + 665 ℃ × 4 hours after air-cooling aging, 70 0 ℃ with high strength, good toughness and other mechanical properties
