本文首次报导用最近研制合成的2,4-二硝基苯亚甲基特丁基氮氧化物(DNPBN)作为自由基捕捉剂来研究环磷酰胺(CP)的光解的结果。 采用了不同波长及不同强度的光源来照射CP/DNPBN/C_6H_6体系后观察频率为9.69GHz,中心磁场为3430 Gs的ESR信号,并同时观察CCI_4/DNPBN/C_6H_6和CHCl_3/DNPBN/C_6H_6体系作为对照。
This paper reports for the first time the photodissociation of cyclophosphamide (CP) using the recently developed 2,4-dinitrobenzylidenetetrazobutyronitroxide (DNPBN) as a radical scavenger. The ESR signals with frequency of 9.69GHz and center magnetic field of 3430Gs were observed after CP / DNPBN / C_6H_6 system was irradiated by light sources of different wavelengths and different intensities. CCI_4 / DNPBN / C_6H_6 and CHCl_3 / DNPBN / C_6H_6 systems were also observed as control .
