目的:检测与分析川楝子水提取物中主要化学成分,为其再研究提供参考。方法:采用超高压液相色谱串联四级杆飞行时间质谱技术(UPLC/Q-TOF-MS/MS),选择ACQUITY HSS T3色谱柱(100 mm×2.1 mm,1.8μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%甲酸溶液;梯度洗脱体积流量设定为0.4 mL/min;质谱选择ESI离子源,采用正负离子模式扫描进行数据采集。结果:实验中采用正负离子质谱分析信息和元素的组成,与相关文献和对照品数据对比发现,鉴定出15个川楝子水提取物中的化合物。结论:采用UPLC/Q-TOF-MS/MS技术鉴定川楝子水提取物中的主要化学成分,从而控制川楝子药材饮片的质量和稳定性发挥重要作用,也为临床疗效和阐述作用机制等提供可靠的科学依据。
OBJECTIVE: To detect and analyze the main chemical constituents from the water extract of Toona sinensis, and to provide reference for further study. Methods: The ACQUITY HSS T3 column (100 mm × 2.1 mm, 1.8 μm) was selected by UPLC / Q-TOF MS / MS. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile- 0.1% formic acid solution; gradient elution volume flow rate was set to 0.4 mL / min; mass spectrometry selected ESI ion source, positive and negative ion mode scanning for data acquisition. Results: In the experiment, positive and negative ion mass spectrometry was used to analyze the information and the composition of the elements. Compared with the related literatures and reference materials, the compounds in 15 extracts of Toona sinensis were identified. Conclusion: UPLC / Q-TOF-MS / MS was used to identify the main chemical components in the water extract of Toosendan sinensis, which played an important role in controlling the quality and stability of Toosendan Herbal Medicine Pieces. It is also the clinical efficacy and mechanism of action Provide reliable scientific basis.
