作为承受液压起道器所有载荷的底板,是整个液压起道器能否安全使用的关键。为替代对底板进行加载试验,提出了利用有限元软件ANSYS对新设计的30t液压起道器底板进行静力分析,并采用在ANSYS软件中直接建模以及细化的自由网格自由划分的方法,不仅分析了额定载荷的情况,还对超过额定载荷20%的超载载荷进行模拟,并假定该载荷是作用在液压起道器底板受力条件处于最不利的情况下,即液压起道器的底板只有前后2个端线与道砟接触,而其它的部分悬空,造成了类似固定梁的情况,此时底板所受的弯矩最大,以验证底板是否达到设计要求。因而可缩短设计开发时间,节省经费。
