十七局注重发挥劳动工资统计工作在企业建设中的服务、监督作用,对各项基础工作常抓不懈。1984年兵改工以来,先后建立和健全了劳动工资统计报表制度、统计台帐制度、统计分析制度和统计评比制度,把工资统计工作纳入了劳动工资工作的重要范畴,从而使局、处、段、队劳资统计队伍建设不断发展,专业素质水平逐年提高,统计渠道畅通,逐年出色地完成了各项统计任务,三年多来累计提出综合和专题统计分析60余篇,为各级领导的决策和企业全面建设发挥了积极的作用。
