由烟台师范学院物理系郝宪孝、崔宝欣等人共同承担的课题低度降压健身酒的研制于1992年7月28日通过了由山东省科委组织的技术成果鉴定.来自省内的教授、专家们认为:该项研究通过改进发酵工艺,使用符合国家标准(GB2760)的食药两用食品添加剂,经过人工陈酿,研制成低度降压健身浓香型白酒;其产品无色透明,口味纯正,具有己酸乙脂的典型香味和低度浓香型白酒的风格;产品质量符合企业标准Q/0129 SJC003-92.该酒具有防止血压升高,改善动脉硬化,抑制胃酸过多,化解胆肾结石之功效,经常饮用,可促进新陈代谢,有益身体健康,体现了轻工业部倡导的白酒要“低度、营养、多品种、低消耗”的方向.属国内首创.
