减速机箱体的材质大都是灰口铸铁,箱体轴承孔磨损是较常见的现象,而且是引起减速机运行中产生振动、噪音及齿轮过早损坏的主要原因之一。由于铸铁的可焊性极差,所以其焊补一直较为棘手。 去年发现一中间轧机减速机运行噪音和振动较大,今年初利用中修打开减速机后,发现带动8架轧机的箱体轴承孔已磨损出一个0.6mm深的槽(见图1)。决定用焊补法修复。由于现场修复无条件预热整个箱体,我们采用电弧焊冷焊方式。
Decelerator box is made of gray cast iron, bearing box bearing wear is more common phenomenon, and is caused by the reducer vibration, noise and premature gear one of the major causes of damage. Due to the poor weldability of cast iron, its welding repair has been more difficult. Last year found an intermediate mill reducer operating noise and vibration larger early this year using the open repair reducer and found that driving eight mill bearing bore has worn a 0.6mm deep groove (see Figure 1). Decided to use welding repair method. As the scene repair unconditionally warm the entire cabinet, we use the arc welding cold welding.
