EQ140汽车的车箱横梁是用4mm 厚的09Ti 钢板冲压成型。横梁上面与车箱底板及框架焊牢,下面用铆钉与角撑板连接,再通过角撑板与纵梁相接。为减轻汽车重量,节约钢材和能源,希望减薄横梁钢板。但据调查,横梁铆钉孔的附近曾有开裂现象,故需解决这一问题,才有减薄的可能。对此我们进行了试验研究。一、车箱横梁的失效
