随着国企改革的进一步深化,企业改制和现代企业制度的建立,员工身份发生很大变化,由“铁饭碗”向“合同制”、“雇员制”转变,员工的自由度、选择性大大增加。使创新企业党建工作机制面临许多新问题、新挑战。在21世纪这个新的历史时期,企业党组织要解放思想,实事求是,开拓进取,创先争优,不断探索企业党建工作的新途径新方法,充分发挥企业党组织的政治核心作用。
