目的:建立复方逍遥糖浆的定性定量分析方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法鉴别处方中当归、川芎、白芍、栀子、甘草;采用高效液相色谱法测定芍药苷的含量,色谱柱为SinoChrom ODS-BP柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸(15∶85),流速1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长为230 nm。结果:薄层色谱图斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰;高效液相色谱法测得芍药苷进样量在0.204~2.04μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率(n=5)为101.6%(RSD=1.5%)。结论:该方法准确、灵敏,重复性好,可有效控制复方逍遥糖浆的质量。
Objective: To establish a qualitative and quantitative analysis method of compound jingao syrup. Methods: Angelica sinensis, Chuanxiong, Radix Paeoniae, Fructus Gardeniae and licorice were identified by TLC. The content of paeoniflorin was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. The column was SinoChrom ODS-BP column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm ), The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid (15:85), the flow rate was 1.0 mL.min-1, the detection wavelength was 230 nm. Results: TLC spots were clear and no interference was observed in the negative control. The linearity of paeoniflorin was 0.204 ~ 2.04μg (r = 0.9999) and the average recovery (n = 5) Was 101.6% (RSD = 1.5%). Conclusion: The method is accurate, sensitive and reproducible, which can effectively control the quality of compound ataxia syrup.
