目的:为保证蒲金凝胶剂最佳疗效,对该方剂的水提部分工艺进行研究,以确定最佳提取工艺。方法:采用正交实验法,以蒲公英与金银花合提的水提液的抑菌效果和绿原酸含量作为水提效果的考核指标,考察浸泡时间A、加水倍数B、提取时间C,确定最佳工艺路线。结果:蒲公英与金银花合提的最佳工艺为在室温条件下,金银花和蒲公英浸泡0.5 h,煎煮2次,分别加入15和10倍的水,提取时间分别为1 h和0.5 h。结论:采用该水提工艺,水提液的抑菌效果最好,稳定性好。
Objective: In order to ensure the best curative effect of the PLA gel, the part of water extraction process of the prescription was studied to determine the best extraction process. Methods: The antibacterial effect and chlorogenic acid content of the aqueous extracts of dandelion and honeysuckle were used as evaluation indexes of water-extraction effect by orthogonal test. The soaking time A, water-adding multiple B and extraction time C were investigated to determine the most effective Good craft route. Results: The optimum conditions of dandelion and honeysuckle were as follows: soaking honeysuckle and dandelion for 0.5 h at room temperature for 2 times and adding 15 and 10 times of water respectively, the extraction time was 1 h and 0.5 h, respectively. Conclusion: The water extraction process has the best antibacterial effect and good stability.
